When I was pregnant with my first child I didn’t know a thing about Prenatal Yoga. I simply wanted to keep practicing. For my own sake, and because I had a feeling that me doing yoga would be good for my baby. I started researching and two things became clear:

    Regular yoga classes need to be avoided.

    However, regular yoga classes don't cut it anymore. As your body transforms and life grows inside your belly — your practice needs adjusting. Lots of it. For a whole bunch of reasons. In obvious and also in subtle ways.

    But here is the problem: Most yoga teachers - like myself at the time - are completely clueless. They don’t know how to modify their teaching to keep you and your baby safe, let alone help you reap the benefits of yoga during pregnancy.

    Most Prenatal Yoga classes are 😴

    Instead of general classes, pregnant yogis need specialized programs. So that's what I started looking for.

    Unfortunately, the programs I found were underwhelming. Yes, the classes were safe. But also repetitive, boring, and not very educational. Most importantly, I was unable to find a course that offered more than just alternatives to poses I wasn't supposed to do anymore.

    I was looking for a course to:

    • Guide me through my transformation from start to finish
