When you're ready to join, you'll choose between two options: Essential and Premium. Essential contains the complete 200-hour YTT and goes beyond what you'll find in 99% of trainings out there. You don't need anything else. But you might want to go for Premium because you can get 7 hugely valuable training upgrades at a 90% discount.

Once you've enrolled, you can create your account on our course and community platform and start learning within 5 minutes. We provide detailed guides and instructions for every aspect of your YTT journey, and our team - especially our community manager Hanna - is happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
Training Timeline
Study When And Wherever You Want
The 200 hours are divided into 16 chapters. Each one covers around 12 to 13 hours of training across multiple modules (anatomy, yoga philosophy, teaching methodology, and more). Our curriculum combines limitless flexibility (you can learn whenever you want and take as much time as you need) with a clear, predictable structure that prevents overwhelm and keeps you motivated.
Teaching Practice
Build your teaching skills in small groups
Teaching yoga is a skill — and you'll have lots of time to cultivate it in a save and supportive environment. Teaching practice happens live on Zoom, in small groups of 4 to 6 students with one dedicated Movement Wisdom mentor. You'll get lots of specific feedback, form genuine connections with fellow students, and expand your comfort zone with every single session until you feel 1000% ready to teach.
Graduation
Graduate As the smartest Yogi in town
Once you've completed all 16 chapters and all your teaching practices, you're ready for the final exam which has two parts: First you complete a multiple choice quiz, then you teach a full yoga class from start to finish. You'll graduate as the most versatile and knowledgeable new yoga teacher in town. Guaranteed (or you get your money back).

Enjoy lifetime support and stay connected
Together with your certificate, you'll receive an invitation into the Movement Wisdom Teachers Club, our private community for graduates. Share your teaching experiences with fellow teachers and stay connected to your peers. You'll also have lifetime access to regular community calls with Jess.
