This is the program I needed but couldn't find

I used to be a yoga teacher with ZERO interest or experience in Prenatal Yoga. Then I got pregnant — and started doing some research.

The first thing i realized was that regular yoga classes are off limits. If you want to keep up (or build) a yoga practice during pregnancy, you need to find specialized classes and a teacher who really understands how to keep you and your baby safe.

I also started digging into the science behind all the health claims around prenatal yoga. And realized that the proven benefits are bananas! Prenatal yoga is really one of the best tools we have to reduce stress, stay healthy, prepare for birth, connect with baby and support their development!

In other words, prenatal yoga is a legit pregnancy superpower.

But you have to know how to "do it right". I tried to find a prenatal program but couldn't find what I was looking for: a program with a broad range of targeted, engaging and educational yoga classes for all trimesters.

In the end I decided to become a prenatal yoga teacher and create my own classes. I made a whole collection just for myself, and then also filmed it for you.

Can I join anytime?

Yes. This program helps you from the first day of your pregnancy to the day you feel fully recovered from giving birth.

Is this course a Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training?

No. This program has been created for yogis who want to build or maintain a regular yoga practice during pregnancy and reap the benefits for themselves and their baby. The program is a collection of practices and does not qualify you to teach prenatal yoga. That said, practitioners will learn essential movement principles that would also be taught in 200 hour training. And certified Prenatal Yoga teachers will use this program to expand and enrich their existing offers.
