Terms of service

How Movement Wisdom operates

Part I — Master Terms of Service

These terms apply to all products, programs, and services offered by Movement Wisdom.

1. About Us / Who is behind Movement Wisdom?

The Movement Wisdom School of Yoga (referred to in these Terms as “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by:

Movement Wisdom LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Kansas, United States 10267 Caenen Lake Lenexa, Kansas 66215 United States

Our website is movementwisdomyoga.com. You can reach us at help@movementwisdomyoga.com.

Legal notices should be sent to help@movementwisdomyoga.com or to the postal address above, marked “Attn: Legal.”

2. Acceptance of Terms / What am I agreeing to by using this site?

By accessing the Website or enrolling in any program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer, each incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you must not access the Website or enroll in any program.

3. Our Programs and Services / What programs do you offer, and where are they hosted?

We currently offer:

  • The Movement Wisdom 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (“YTT” or “the 200-Hour Training”)

  • The Seniors Yoga Specialist Certification (“Seniors Program”)

  • Healthy Mama Happy Baby, our pre- and postnatal yoga program for pregnant and postpartum students (“Healthy Mama Happy Baby”)

We may also offer supplementary products, upgrades, add-ons, physical products, and free resources from time to time. All such offerings are subject to these Master Terms unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.

Course content and the student community are delivered through Mighty Networks, a third-party platform. When you enroll, you will be prompted to agree to Mighty Networks’ own terms of service at the point of account setup, before you access the platform. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of those terms.

4. Prior Purchases and Continuity of Service / I bought before the company became a US business — where does that leave me?

Movement Wisdom’s programs were previously offered by a predecessor business operating in Germany. That business has ceased operations, and Movement Wisdom LLC now operates the Movement Wisdom School of Yoga and provides all programs.

If you purchased a program from the predecessor business before July 1, 2026, Movement Wisdom LLC assumes responsibility for providing your continued access to that program and for honoring the guarantees that applied to your purchase. These Terms govern your use of our Services from their effective date onward.

Nothing in this section reduces any right you already held at the time of your purchase. If any provision of these Terms would give you less than you were entitled to when you bought, the terms in force at the time of your purchase apply to that entitlement.

5. Enrollment and Account Access / How does enrollment work and what are my login rules?

Enrollment is complete upon successful payment processing. You will receive confirmation and access instructions by email — please provide accurate contact details and check your inbox.

Your account and login credentials are personal to you. They may not be shared with or used by any other person. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at help@movementwisdomyoga.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Program Access Duration and Payment Plans / How long can I access my program?

You receive access to your program content for as long as that program remains available online. We intend to keep all programs available indefinitely. If we are ever required to take a program offline permanently, we commit to giving enrolled students a minimum of 90 days’ advance notice — enough time to complete the program or download any materials you are permitted to retain.

A note on “lifetime access”: you may see this phrase in our marketing. It refers to access for the full operational lifetime of the program. It is not a guarantee of permanent, perpetual availability. The 90-day notice commitment above is what you can concretely rely on.

6.1 A payment plan is a schedule, not a discount. Where payment plan options are available, installment amounts and schedules are stated clearly at checkout. The full program price becomes due on enrollment. A payment plan sets out when you pay it, not how much you owe. By selecting a payment plan you agree to pay the full amount.

6.2 If payments stop. If an installment cannot be collected we will attempt to reach you and to recover it. Where payments cannot be recovered after reasonable notice, we may suspend or terminate your access to the program and to the community. Suspension or termination of access does not cancel the outstanding balance, which remains due.

6.3 Recovering an unpaid balance. Where a balance remains unpaid we may refer it to a third-party collections agency, or pursue it in legal proceedings, and we may recover the reasonable costs of doing so, including collection agency fees and, where the law allows, attorneys' fees and court costs.

6.4 Settling later. Amounts you have already paid are credited against the program price if you settle the balance or re-enroll in the same program. They are not otherwise refundable. A certificate of completion cannot be issued while a balance is outstanding.

If a payment is disputed or charged back after access has been granted, we may suspend your access pending resolution of the dispute.

7. Physical Activity and Personal Responsibility / What are the risks of practicing yoga, and who is responsible?

Our programs involve yoga practice, including physical movement, breathwork, and meditation. Physical yoga practice carries inherent risks including muscle strains, joint injuries, and falls. Certain programs carry additional considerations, described in the relevant Addendum.

By enrolling and engaging in any physical practices within our programs, you acknowledge that:

  • You participate entirely at your own risk

  • You are solely responsible for assessing your own fitness before practicing

  • We strongly recommend consulting a medical professional before beginning, particularly if you have pre-existing conditions or injuries

  • Nothing in our programs constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any injury or adverse outcome arising from your participation

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. No Guarantee of Results / Are my career or income results guaranteed?

Our programs provide comprehensive yoga education. We make no representations regarding specific outcomes, career results, employment, income, or professional success. Your results depend entirely on your own effort, commitment, and circumstances — all beyond our control. Testimonials on our Website represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee of similar results.

Where a person providing a testimonial received compensation, free or discounted access, or any other incentive, we disclose that alongside the testimonial.

Nothing in this section limits any specific satisfaction guarantees described in the applicable Addendum.

9. Physical Products / Can I return a physical product like the Training Manual?

We offer select physical products including the Training Manual and, from time to time, branded merchandise. All physical products are produced on demand — created specifically upon purchase. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for physical items once an order has been placed, except where a product arrives damaged or defective.

Where a physical product is included as a bonus or promotional item at no additional cost to you, its retail price at the time it was provided will be deducted from any refund you may be entitled to under the applicable Addendum.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your own country.

10. Refunds and Deductions / How do refunds work, and what gets deducted?

Specific refund entitlements are set out in the applicable Addendum. The following rules apply across all programs:

10.1 Amount refunded. Refunds are based on what you actually paid — not any nominal or list price. Promotional and bundle prices are refunded at what you paid.

10.2 Upgrade deductions. If you purchased upgrades, add-ons, or a bundle that you have already used or accessed, the amount you paid for those will be deducted from your refund. The deduction never exceeds what you actually paid for the upgrade or bundle.

10.3 Physical product deductions. If you received a physical product as a free bonus or promotional item, its retail price at the time of delivery will be deducted from your refund. Products purchased separately at full price are not subject to this deduction.

10.4 Access upon refund. Upon issuance of any refund, your access to all course content, the community platform, and associated materials is revoked immediately. You agree to cease use of all materials and delete any copies in your possession.

11. Taxes / Are taxes included in the price?

Prices are stated exclusive of any applicable sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. Where we are required to collect such taxes, they will be shown and added at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes or duties imposed by your own jurisdiction.

12. Intellectual Property / What can I do with the course materials?

All course content — including video lessons, written materials, workbooks, the Training Manual, course structure, graphics, logos, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed contributors, protected by applicable copyright law.

Upon enrollment, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own personal learning and professional development. You may not:

  • Share, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any course content without our prior written consent

  • Record or capture course video or audio except for permitted personal offline use

  • Use any course content to train, fine-tune, or develop any machine learning or artificial intelligence system

  • Create competing courses or training materials derived from our content

  • Sell, license, or transfer access to any course materials to any third party

The Movement Wisdom name, logo, and branding are our trademarks and may not be used without prior written consent.

13. Community Platform and Conduct / What are the rules for the student community?

Our student community is hosted on Mighty Networks (see Section 3 for details on Mighty Networks’ terms). The community is intended to be a respectful, supportive space for all students. By participating, you agree to:

  • Treat all students, instructors, and staff with kindness and respect

  • Refrain from offensive, discriminatory, harassing, or defamatory content

  • Refrain from spam, unsolicited promotion, or commercial solicitation

  • Respect the intellectual property of the Company and your fellow students

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards and to suspend or revoke community access for serious or repeated misconduct. If your community access is revoked, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure you can still access your course content through an alternative means. Removal from the community does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund.

You retain ownership of anything you post in the community. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content within the community for the purpose of operating it.

14. Copyright Complaints (DMCA) / What if I think something here infringes my copyright?

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe material available through our Website or community platform infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

Designated Agent: Copyright Agent Movement Wisdom LLC, 10267 Caenen Lake, Lenexa, Kansas 66215, United States Email: dmca@movementwisdomyoga.com

We will respond to valid notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, including by removing or disabling access to the material and, where appropriate, terminating the accounts of repeat infringers. If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address.

15. Free and Lead Magnet Content / Can I share or resell the free resources?

We offer free downloadable resources and guides, sometimes in exchange for an email address. These are provided for educational purposes only and are subject to the same intellectual property restrictions above — they may not be redistributed, resold, or used as the basis for competing materials.

16. Advertising Compliance / How do your ads relate to these terms?

We use Google Ads and other platforms to promote our programs. Any guarantee, offer, or promotion referenced in our advertising refers only to offers explicitly defined in these Terms or the applicable Addendum. We are committed to advertising that accurately reflects our products and policies. Questions about any advertisement? Contact us at help@movementwisdomyoga.com.

17. Third-Party Links and Services / Are you responsible for external sites and tools?

The Website and course platform may contain links to external services including payment processors, our course hosting platform, and supplementary resources. We provide these for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Please review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service you use in connection with our programs.

18. Privacy and Data / How is my personal data handled?

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data.

As a United States company, we handle personal data in accordance with applicable US federal and state privacy law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended and the comprehensive privacy statutes of other US states where they apply to you.

Where we provide our programs to residents of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we handle their personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the UK GDPR as applicable. Our Privacy Policy sets out the rights available to you and how to exercise them.

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

19. No Warranties / What guarantees do you make about the platform?

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and all Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. Limitation of Liability / What is your maximum legal responsibility to me?

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its owners, members, employees, contractors, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our Website or Services. Our total liability for direct damages in connection with a specific program shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for that program.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

21. Indemnification / When am I responsible for protecting you legally?

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its owners, members, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of our Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

22. Termination of Access / Can you remove my access, and what happens if you do?

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any program, course content, or community platform if we reasonably believe you have materially violated these Terms. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund, except as provided in the applicable Addendum.

23. Force Majeure / What if something outside your control stops you delivering?

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, epidemic, labor disputes, failures of internet or hosting providers, government action, or failures of third-party platforms on which our Services depend.

24. Changes to These Terms / Can these terms change, and will I be notified?

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date, and enrolled students will be notified by email where appropriate. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

25. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution / Which laws apply, and how are disputes resolved?

25.1 Governing law. These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to our Services, are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

25.2 Let’s talk first. Before starting arbitration, you agree to contact us at help@movementwisdomyoga.com describing the dispute and the relief you seek, and to allow us 30 days to resolve it informally. We agree to do the same before starting any proceeding against you. Most problems are solved at this stage.

25.3 Binding individual arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, it will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. Arbitration will take place in Johnson County, Kansas, or — at your election — by telephone, videoconference, or on written submissions only. The arbitrator’s award may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

25.4 Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court instead of arbitration, if the claim qualifies. Either party may also seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights. In addition, either party may bring an individual action in a court of competent jurisdiction to recover amounts owed under Section 6, together with the costs of collection provided for there.

25.5 Class action waiver. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis. You and we each waive any right to participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. If this waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim proceeds in court and the remainder stays in arbitration.

25.6 Your right to opt out. You may opt out of Sections 25.3 and 25.5 by emailing help@movementwisdomyoga.com with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” within 30 days of your first purchase, stating your name and the program you purchased. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms and will not affect your access, your guarantees, or how we treat you.

25.7 Severability of this section. If any part of this Section 25 is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force, except that if Section 25.5 is unenforceable in its entirety, all of Section 25 is void.

25.8 Consumers outside the United States. Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of the country where you habitually reside, where those provisions cannot be excluded by agreement.

26. General Provisions / What else do I need to know?

These Terms, together with the applicable Addendum, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersede all prior communications. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so in the future. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.

Assignment. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, to any successor entity, affiliate, or acquirer of our business or assets. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.

Survival. Sections 10 (Refunds and Deductions), 12 (Intellectual Property), 19 (No Warranties), 20 (Limitation of Liability), 21 (Indemnification), and 25 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution) survive termination of your access.

Notices. We may give you notice by email to the address associated with your account or by posting on the Website. You may give us notice at help@movementwisdomyoga.com or at the postal address in Section 1.

Electronic communications. By using our Services you consent to receive communications from us electronically, and you agree that electronic communications and records satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

It is the express wish of the parties that these Terms and all related communications be in English.

Addendum A — 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

These terms apply specifically to the Movement Wisdom 200-Hour YTT and supplement the Master Terms above. Where there is a conflict, this Addendum prevails.

A1. Program Description / What does the 200-Hour YTT include?

The Movement Wisdom 200-Hour YTT is a comprehensive online yoga teacher training covering yoga anatomy, philosophy, multiple yoga styles, teaching methodology, breathwork, meditation, yoga history, and practical teaching skills.

The program is available at different enrollment tiers. The standard enrollment (“Essential”) includes all core course content and community platform access. Optional upgrades and add-ons are available separately or as a bundle, with content and pricing clearly stated at the point of purchase.

A2. Graduation and Certification / How do I graduate and what does my certificate mean?

To receive your Movement Wisdom 200-Hour YTT certificate, you must:

  1. Complete all lessons and modules

  2. Participate in the required number of teaching practice sessions, as specified within the course

  3. Pass the final exam

Your certificate confirms completion of the Movement Wisdom 200-Hour YTT requirements. It does not constitute a professional license, regulatory accreditation, or registration with any external yoga alliance or governing body unless explicitly stated. The professional use of your training is entirely your own responsibility.

A3. Teaching Practice Sessions / How do teaching practice sessions work?

The standard enrollment includes participation in a specified number of group teaching practice sessions, detailed within the course. Additional sessions are available as an upgrade, purchasable individually or as part of a bundle.

If you have accessed additional teaching practice sessions through a paid upgrade and subsequently request a refund under either guarantee below, the cost of those sessions will be deducted from your refund in accordance with the Upgrade Deductions provision of the Master Terms (Section 10.2). The deduction will not exceed the amount you actually paid.

A4. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee / How do I get a refund within 30 days?

If you are not satisfied with the 200-Hour Training for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. No explanation is required.

Email help@movementwisdomyoga.com with your name and purchase details and we will process your refund promptly.

Please note:

  • The 30-day period begins on your purchase date, not the date you first access the course

  • Refunds are subject to the Upgrade Deductions and Physical Product Deductions provisions of the Master Terms (Sections 10.2 and 10.3)

  • Upon refund, all access to course content, teaching practice sessions, and the community platform is revoked immediately

For customers in the European Union or the United Kingdom: this 30-day guarantee meets and exceeds the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal available to consumers under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK legislation.

A5. The Ultimate Quality Guarantee / What is the Ultimate Quality Guarantee and how do I claim it?

We are confident that upon graduating, you will not find another yoga teacher who also recently completed their first 200-hour training and is more comprehensively prepared than you. We back that confidence with the following guarantee.

If, within one year of your graduation date, you encounter a yoga teacher who also recently completed their first 200-hour training and you genuinely believe their program prepared them more comprehensively than ours did — across the core pillars of yoga education — you are entitled to a full refund of your training fees (subject to the deductions in Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of the Master Terms).

The core pillars for this purpose are: yoga anatomy, yoga philosophy, multiple teaching styles and their methods, teaching methodology and sequencing, breathwork and meditation techniques, yoga history, and key conceptual knowledge.

To make a valid claim, all of the following must be true:

  1. You graduated from the 200-Hour Training within the 12 months preceding your claim

  2. The teacher you are comparing yourself to completed their first 200-hour training within the 24 months preceding your claim — this guarantee compares first trainings only, not teachers with multiple certifications or years of additional experience

  3. You can name the specific program you believe was superior and explain concretely in what way — for example, that it covered an additional yoga style, a wider range of meditation techniques, or more accurate anatomy instruction. A general feeling of dissatisfaction, or a comparison based on personal teaching ability rather than curriculum content, does not qualify.

We will review every claim genuinely and in good faith, and honor it without dispute where the conditions are met. This guarantee applies to the 200-Hour YTT only and does not extend to any other Movement Wisdom program.

A6. Physical Activity Notice / What are the physical risks specific to the YTT?

The 200-Hour Training involves active yoga practice including physical postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation. All physical activity is undertaken at your own risk as set out in the Master Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim liability for injuries arising from practicing yoga postures, whether or not demonstrated within the Training. Practice within your own physical limits and seek medical advice before attempting anything that concerns you.

Addendum B — Seniors Yoga Specialist Certification

These terms apply specifically to the Seniors Yoga Specialist Certification and supplement the Master Terms above. Where there is a conflict, this Addendum prevails.

B1. Program Description / What does the Seniors Certification include?

The Seniors Yoga Specialist Certification is a self-paced online program for yoga teachers and practitioners who want to develop specialized knowledge of yoga for older adults. It includes access to all course content and the student community on Mighty Networks. It does not include live sessions or real-time instructor interaction.

B2. Satisfaction Guarantee / What is the refund policy for the Seniors program?

The Seniors Program is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your original purchase date, email help@movementwisdomyoga.com for a full refund — no explanation required. Refunds are subject to the Upgrade Deductions and Physical Product Deductions provisions of the Master Terms (Sections 10.2 and 10.3), and all access is revoked upon issuance.

The Ultimate Quality Guarantee (Addendum A, Section A5) does not apply to this program.

B3. Physical Activity Notice — Seniors / What are the specific risks when teaching or practicing yoga with older adults?

The Seniors Program includes yoga practices designed for or demonstrated with older adult populations. Participation in any physical practice involves inherent risk. We draw particular attention to the following:

  • Older adults may have cardiovascular conditions, osteoporosis, balance impairments, joint replacements, or other health considerations that affect what yoga practices are appropriate

  • If you are using this program to teach yoga to seniors, it is your professional responsibility to screen students, obtain medical clearance where warranted, and modify or omit unsuitable practices

  • If you are personally practicing using this program and have any relevant health conditions, we strongly recommend obtaining clearance from your physician before beginning

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any injury or adverse health event arising from practices in this program — whether experienced by you or by any students you subsequently teach.

Addendum C — Healthy Mama Happy Baby

These terms apply specifically to Healthy Mama Happy Baby and supplement the Master Terms above. Where there is a conflict, this Addendum prevails.

C1. Program Description / What does Healthy Mama Happy Baby include?

Healthy Mama Happy Baby is a self-paced online yoga program for pregnant and postpartum students. It contains pre- and postnatal yoga classes, meditations, and supporting educational content covering pregnancy from the first trimester through postpartum recovery, together with any bonus courses described at the point of purchase.

The program is intended for your own personal practice. It is not a teacher training, does not certify you to teach prenatal or postnatal yoga, and does not qualify you to instruct others. If you are a yoga teacher looking to develop professional competency in teaching pregnant and postpartum students, this program is not designed for that purpose.

It includes access to all program content and the student community on Mighty Networks. It does not include live sessions or real-time instructor interaction.

C2. Satisfaction Guarantee / What is the refund policy for Healthy Mama Happy Baby?

Healthy Mama Happy Baby is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

C3. Health Notice — Pregnancy and Postpartum / What do I need to know before practicing?

Please read this section carefully before beginning any practice in this program.

Pregnancy and the postpartum period involve significant physiological change, and the risks of physical activity during them are different from those of general yoga practice.

We are not medical professionals. Nothing in this program constitutes medical advice, clinical guidance, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing in it should be used as a substitute for care from your own healthcare provider. Where guidance in this program differs from what your physician, obstetrician, or midwife tells you, follow your healthcare provider.

Before you begin — every participant:

  • Consult your physician, obstetrician, or midwife before beginning or continuing any yoga practice, including the practices in this program

  • Obtain their clearance, and follow any restrictions they give you

If you are pregnant:

  • Not every practice here is appropriate at every stage of pregnancy or for every pregnancy. Determine what is suitable for your specific stage and health status, ideally with your healthcare provider

  • Certain practices — including deep twists, strong abdominal work, inversions, hot yoga, and strong pranayama — may be contraindicated during pregnancy

  • Practices in this program are not suitable without specific medical clearance if you have or develop a high-risk pregnancy, placenta previa, pre-eclampsia, cervical insufficiency, a history of preterm labor, or any condition for which your provider has restricted physical activity

  • Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, vaginal bleeding, fluid leakage, contractions, reduced fetal movement, or any unusual symptom

If you are postpartum:

  • Resume physical activity only when cleared by your healthcare provider. Recovery varies significantly between individuals, and the timeline that applies to someone else may not apply to you

  • Practices involving core activation, pelvic floor engagement, or intense exertion warrant particular caution in the weeks and months following birth

  • Recovery from cesarean birth, from a birth involving complications, or from diastasis recti or pelvic floor injury requires individualized guidance from your provider — this program cannot supply it

Your responsibility. You participate entirely at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for judging what is appropriate for your body on any given day, in consultation with your healthcare provider. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any injury, complication, or adverse health event arising from your use of this content. Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
