What I loved the most about this course is that it not only focuses on asana practice but also equally on mindfulness, anatomy and philosophy. Each and every lesson is in depth. Jess definitely is an amazing teacher and I had many days where I actually binge watched the lessons. This course has transformed my perception towards life. Although I need to practice it, I am a lot more positive now about difficult / negative situations than I was before. Throughout the course I learnt how yoga goes beyond just exercise. Also, I love the community and all the mentors.
