I started this particular course because it focused not just on the physical aspects of yoga. I wanted to do a YTT as more of a mental, spiritual journey. And it was great. I learned so much and the course helped me stay disciplined and allowed me to focus on yoga, meditation, breathwork and the yogic mindset in my daily life. And somehow each of the lessons, every single one, was just there for me at the perfect timing somehow. It was really, really fulfilling for me and I recommend the training to anyone who’s looking for something similar. Thank you, Jess.
