
They’ve helped me respect my body by teaching me about anatomy, teaching me about mental wellness and spiritual wellness, physical wellness. I also appreciated that the staff are so genuine. Jess and Victor and Hannah and Stephanie and all others associated with it are just such genuine, happy, inclusive people, and they don’t take themselves too seriously, and they laugh and have a good time, and I really appreciated that. Third thing that I really, really appreciated is they are very organized. If you get the manual, which I highly recommend, that will help you on your journey, and then you’ll have a record of the things that you’ve learned and the notes that you’ve taken as they cover all different aspects of yoga. And I was very impressed with that, as well as the website and how well and the app and how well that is organized. So I encourage you to join movement wisdom yoga.
